Set in stone: Bloomfield displays the Ten Commandments

FARMINGTON — A 6-foot-tall display of the Ten Commandments was installed atop the Bloomfield City Hall lawn around 1 p.m. Friday without formal notification to city employees or area residents.
Religiously motivated or not, the Biblical tribute on city property often fuels one of the most sensitive questions in government: Where does God fit? The answer isn't simple.
